Bridging health to wellness

Today a notion comes to mind that feels so relevant for so many in my life. As a reminder for my own awareness, the idea of healing and wellness being very different seems quite important. Of course, as I naturally declare, the truth of such is either found within or not had at all. My intention is that the observations shared with me by God could be related to One's own existence and henceforth be the basis for truth to be discovered. Certainly any words I would say are but a reflection of the readers own internal process, as above, so below, as we find inside, we see outside.

There is a subtle notion within the word and concept of "healing", when abstracted from subconscious process and brought into the light of awareness we begin to dispel such. When we heal we automatically create a point of which something is wrong, not working, broken, or needs to be changed. Now of course practically speaking this is certainly valid, and even if we are to shift how we look at such there still may be a need to find external solutions. Yet to first recognize the meaning of the condition as relative to our growth and development as an individual is to take the first step of transcending the cyclic nature of healing and enter into a state of wellness.
Where wellness comes in is that the difficulty or imbalance is first a marker for our focus of attention or our patterning of beliefs. We go from the inside out, rather than vice versa. When we encounter such as a manifestation externally, in our state of Being or the conditions of our life in general, we either understand such as our inner process manifest, or don't. At this point of recognition we are only touching the surface, as this is just the first layer of awareness into the process of coming into wellness.

So, first we bridge the gap between our world of experience being separate from the internal, then what? Here we are inside our bodies, feeling and thinking each moment, while under some sort of discomfort of our body or situation. What is the next level of awareness to consider?

Now there is another disclaimer, and I recognize that of all truth of experience I could be inspired to share this is perhaps the keystone of all else. If we are to notice that our process of Self discovery, self unfoldment, the revealing of how our purpose manifests into life, then there has to be something behind all of It. For me this comes as the great "I AM", followed immediately by "Nature IS" or "God IS", if you prefer.
I AM, therefore God, Nature, or the cosmic forces of Life have called me into Being. I must be a part of a Divine process, a Divine expression, of which how could there be fault? If there is no mistakes in a creation of such magnitude, just as the sun and stars spiral about as our planet does while maintaining the capacity to allow life to be, then how could any instance of my life be anything other than perfect?
So the signpost has been realized and a deep truth has been considered....all of the sudden our imbalance has become a catalyst for deep fundamental change to rise from within. We discover gratitude for the lesson, for a reminder no matter how intense or subtle. Rather than Being in a process of healing, where we subconsciously through definition put our Being in a state of imperfection, we are unfolding as a flower. A bud is not wrong because it has yet to open, nor is anything wrong in our lives when we see such as a step towards the potential God offers us.
Wellness in this way permeates all levels of our Being, from the spirit, or point of awareness known as "I", to the most superficial of aspects in our day to day existence. Truly the there becomes no superficial, just like a cold or flu is not just some bug we caught for no reason other than lack of washing our hands, the distant qualities that allow our lives to be become connected to our Being. We are not just talking semantics, nor are we referring to a simple change of definition, what we are considering is a completely different way to observe Being with the consideration of wellness as a starting point.

Now unto the transition from healing to wellness, for we must give the conditions that opened welcomed these ideas rightful attention. There is so so much to discover about the deeper workings of energy, of our relationship between body, mind, spirit, and all else that surrounds our point of awareness. We have found our starting point, and when we are ready, the first step must be taken.
Be sure to make it a small step, not to leap so far that we forget to give the external attention. Beliefs have a way of needing time for entropy to occur, for the external to reflect what we have learned. We may need to continue medications or practices that hold a state of balance for the inner energy to be held in awareness. I would not claim to give anyone medical advice, but rather suggest that a change of perspective, an expanded awareness, and focused attention could lessen the severity of the experience. The deep trust and connection to the Source of all life is a powerful tool that can rise into the practical quickly, yet what is provided outside our Being is also a contribution from Nature. Let no thing go unnoticed or made less important as we grow into our highest vibrational way of living.

To hold to my intention of keeping blogs short and sweet as I can I will wrap it up now. Words as a seed, if the soil of One's life has been prepared then all we need to do is choose to cultivate and Love the fleck of energy for it to grow into magnificence. Be well, be great, give the world permission to discover as you have the possibility for true prosperity, peace, and fulfillment to blossom into Being.

Thank you for reading, Blessed Be,
Nathan
